At Energy Fitness we operate an exciting weekly exercise class timetable so that you may invigorate and vary your exercise regime.
Aerobics
A high energy level workout choreographed to music. This class is designed to improve efficiency of the heart and lungs and it’s also a great calorie burner.
Circuit training
An effective and fun multi-station based workout for the whole body. Combining aerobic and muscle work with flexibility training and coordination.
Core stability
A slower class using Fit Balls concentrating on core abdominal strength to improve posture, balance and coordination as well as working all the major muscle groups.
Legs, Bums and Tums
A low impact workout designed to tone, reshape and strengthen. Concentrating on those ‘problematic areas’ of the lower body: thighs, buttocks and abdominals.
Slim Fit
Nutritional and exercise advice to help you on your way with a new exercise each week to aid burning calories. Slim club is followed by a power walking class, making the perfect combination.
Abs/Back
A short and effective 15 minute session that focuses on exercises for toning and strengthening the mid torso.
Energy Step
An aerobic workout using step platforms to achieve intensity and push that fat burning system into high gear.
Specialist Classes
We also run a number of specialist classes:
Yoga
Yoga balances your mind, body and spirit through the practice of meditation, breathing exercises and asanas (physical postures), all of which are known to increase energy levels, improve flexibility and enhance general health and well-being.
Pilates
Helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without stressing joints. This class will aid relaxation and reduce stress levels.
